SpiritArt and Energy work heals in many ways, and one way is through the chakras. Each painting will direct specific energy to certain chakras.This is a general, basic guideline to the chakras so that you may better understand the chakras your SpiritArt is healing.

Chakras are energy wheels or a vortex that absorb, filter and distribute energy to the physical and spiritual body. Stimulating and opening the 7 chakras increases the vibrational energy of the chakra resulting in behavior, physical and spiritual changes. All chakras must be opened simultaneously, or aligned. It is not wise to center on one as to unbalance the alignment of all 7 chakras. As you work with chakras you will sense which centers are blocked. Most people have the 3 lower centers open or partially opened.
1st chakra

1st chakra - physical world-base of spine
color: red stones (but not limited to:) garnet, ruby, coral, jasper
when blocked: fear, lack of energy, problems with governing organs
when open: kundalini energy, grounded, change, creating, empowering, learning governing organs: adrenals, kidneys, heart, blood, circulation

color: orange stones: but not limited to; madiera citrine, agate, carnelian when blocked: sexual dysfunction, lack of sexual energy, lack of creative energy and problems with governing organs when open: sexual energy, creation, activity, creative energy governing organs: reproductive organs

3rd chakra - emotional center-around the navel
color: yellow stones: not limited to; yellow citrine, yellow diamond, light smoky quartz when blocked: over concerned with power and control, physical and mental problems, lack of strength, anger, hostility, problems with governing organs,cancer when open: lift depression, the strenth to break habits this chakra balances all the chakras, it deals with buried emotions, and sensitivity governing organs: stomach, digestive system
4th chakra

4th chakra - the heart or soul center-between the breasts
color: green stones: rose quartz, emerald, green malachite, jade green calcite, tourmaline when blocked: over emotional, sadness, anger, stress, problems with governing organs when open: love, compassion, empathy, peace, healing, gentleness, harmony governing organs: immune system,circulatory system.

color: voilet/white stones: clear quartz, white diamond, pearl, calcite when open: all healing work, highest wisdom, highest knowledge, communicates to all chakras.
